4 Week Program includes:
6 sessions of movement introduction and workouts, followed by 2 sessions of guided in class workouts. Upon completion you will be ready to join regular classes!

This program is designed to help you stay committed and focused while starting a new health and wellness routine.
6 Week Program Includes:
-Instructor Led Warm Up, Movement Teaching, Workout, & Cool Down.
-3 Private Kickstart Group Classes
-Tuesday & Thursday 6:40pm-7:40pm Saturday 7:30am-8:30am
-T-Shirt -Pre & Post Fitness Assessment
