About the gym

We opened CrossFit Shipwreck in the Fall of 2023 because we wanted to offer a place in the Twin Ports community that focuses on health and fitness in all aspects of their lives!  CrossFit has been the change in our lives for over a decade that has allowed us to transform how we live our day to day lives!
