Open gym will be a 1 hour time slot for you to work on skills, strength, technique, or get the class workout in! A coach will be available for guidance and tips!

This 30 minute class will focus on specific muscle groups. Athletes will perform a circuit of movements to build strength and stability.
Examples of muscle groups:
Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Leg Day,
Arms & Shoulders, Glutes & Core.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Looking to learn the basics, improve your technique, or master the Clean & Jerk and Snatch. This 1 hour class will focus on just that. A guided warm up, mobility, technique breakdown, and technique work. You will all be pros in no time!
MOBILITY
Saturday 9:30AM
Come in and work through 30 minutes of mobility, instructor lead to focus on all the sore areas from the week and improve overall range of motion.
