Each CrossFit class is 1 hour long and will include a guided warm up, strength, accessory or core, and metabolic conditioning "metcon" component.

Open gym will be a 1 hour time slot for you to work on skills, strength, technique, or get the class workout in!  A coach will be available for guidance and tips!

MINI PUMP

Mon Wed Fri 6:05AM 10:05AM 5:35PM

This 30 minute class will focus on specific muscle groups. Athletes will perform a circuit of movements to build strength and stability.

Examples of muscle groups:

Chest & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Leg Day,

Arms & Shoulders, Glutes & Core.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Tue&Th 05:35PM Sat 8:30AM

Looking to learn the basics, improve your technique, or master the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.  This 1 hour class will focus on just that.  A guided warm up, mobility, technique breakdown, and technique work. You will all be pros in no time!

MOBILITY

Saturday 9:30AM

Come in and work through 30 minutes of mobility, instructor lead to focus on all the sore areas from the week and improve overall range of motion.
Free class included in every regular membership!
